Edie Darlene Creations has the right to consider all requests for refunds, exchanges, or store credits on a case-by-case basis. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sold by Edie Darlene Creations are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are considered final. However, if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact me immediately at edie@ediedarlene.com

DIY Paint Products

All DIY Paint Products are non-refundable unless the item(s) arrive damaged. 

For damaged items, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your shipment AND submit a claim with the shipping provider [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Take images of the original shipment packaging, the damaged product(s), the shipping label, and other images required by the shipping provider. Do not throw away the packaging or products until the claim has been settled.

Thrift Flips, and Hand-Crafted Items

In rare cases, some items may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition (unused, unopened, and undamaged) within 7 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees, as they are non-refundable.

If your order is incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will prepare a return shipping label at my expense. When the return has been received, the corrected order will be reissued at no additional cost to you.

Shipping, Delays, and Product Care

At this time, I do not ship outside of the United States.

Please be aware that there may be shipping delays for reasons beyond my control, like weather or travel limitations. I strive to fill and dispatch orders as swiftly as possible, but if you’re ever concerned about shipping times, please feel free to email me at edie@ediedarlene.com.

A special note for winter months

Clay paints and other liquid items can freeze if left outside for extended periods. It’s important to bring your products inside as soon as they’re delivered. I cannot replace items that have frozen due to being left out in the cold.
